These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Borrow Money - CashPeak application and lending services provided by Peak Home Finance LLC. By accessing or using the App, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

1. Company Information

Borrow Money - CashPeak is owned and operated by Peak Home Finance LLC, located at 8036 Benevento Dr, El Dorado Hills, CA, 95762-6271.

2. Service Description

Through Borrow Money - CashPeak, eligible U.S. residents can apply for and manage short-term loans. All steps—from application to repayment—are conducted via the App.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To use Borrow Money - CashPeak, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Reside legally in the U.S.
• Possess a valid Social Security Number
• Maintain a checking account with a U.S. bank
• Have consistent income
• Satisfy our internal credit and identity checks

4. User Responsibilities

When registering an account, you must:

• Keep login details secure
• Avoid misuse or unauthorized access
• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Comply with all laws and these Terms

5. Loan Details

Upon approval, you’ll receive loan terms including:

• Principal loan amount
• Fees, interest, and APR
• Repayment dates and amounts
• Total repayment obligation
• Penalties for late or missed payments
• Default conditions

By accepting, you agree to the full repayment terms provided.

6. Consent to Credit Checks

By submitting a loan application, you authorize Peak Home Finance LLC to obtain and evaluate your credit report and related financial data from authorized third parties.

7. Electronic Communication

You consent to receive disclosures, notices, agreements, and other communications electronically. This includes emails and in-app notifications. You also agree to use electronic signatures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Borrow Money - CashPeak, including branding, graphics, and code, is the property of Peak Home Finance LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

9. No Warranties

Borrow Money - CashPeak is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Home Finance LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the loan amount you received.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of Borrow Money - CashPeak is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

13. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the App and may be sent via email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
